Power system & filtration system
The mobile large-flow outdoor emergency rescue and relief portable water purifier consists of two parts: power system and filtration system.
The power system consists of a gasoline engine and a water pump. Gasoline engine is a domestic 4-stroke gasoline engine, which is connected to the water pump to form the gasoline engine water pump unit. The maximum output water pressure of the power system is 0.4~0.5MPa, and the maximum flow rate is 10 ~ 15 L/min. After filling up the gasoline, the gasoline engine lasts for 2 hours.
The filter system consists of prefilter and rear filter.
The prefilter element is the membrane filter element. It adopts the misflow filtration method pioneered by our company, which is used to remove sediment, particles, impurities, suspended matter and microorganisms, which reduces the turbidity of water and membrane interception and sterilization. Misflow filtration solves the problem of easy obstruction when using membrane filtration technology outdoors.
The front filter has two outlets, one for a water outlet and one for a sewage outlet. Misflow filtration requires opening two of the taps at the same time and sewage and water at the same time. Raw water from the inlet to the outlet, open the sewage tap, this process can wash the membrane filter filter and discharge, discharge and water purification at the same time, can prevent front filter obstruction, and protect the rear filter, to extend the service life of the whole filtration system, and greatly reduce the water turbidity.

Instructions for the motorized field survival water purifier
1. Preparation before the boot
The gasoline tank (1) at the bottom of the feed pump engine is filled with gasoline No.93. Unscrew the steam tank cap counterclockwise direction. Add gasoline to a spare plastic oil can (2) until full. Cover the steam tank cover, tighten clockwise without oil leakage.
Feed pump engine tank (3) filled with 4-stroke oil. Unscrew the oil cap counterclockwise direction. Add the 4-stroke oil until filling up. Cover the oil cover and tighten clockwise and be less prone to oil leakage.
Open the copper ball valve switch (4) is open, the handle is parallel to the direction of the copper ball valve, and the direction of the copper ball valve is 90 degrees is closed.
Throw the pre-filter (5) into the water to absorb the raw water; If the water is very shallow and there is silt underwater, hover over the water and never bury the pre-filter in the silt to avoid sucking and blocking the filter.
Open the engine air valve (6) to the lower position and the throttle switch (7) to the one-third position.

2. Pull down on the engine

3. Pumping and filtration
When the pump engine is running normally, the outlet begins to come out. At this time, the raw water has not been filtered by the filtration system, and the water flowing from the outlet is raw water, which cannot be drinkable.
Open the tap switch (10) above the stainless steel sterilization filter, the switch handle is closed when parallel to the faucet, and the switch is 90 degrees.
Slowly turn the switch handle of the copper ball valve at the sewage outlet to the left to about 45 degrees to stop. Note that the switch of the copper ball valve can not be completely closed. The faucet of the water purifier starts to flow out of the clean drinking water purified by the filtration system and can be drunk directly. At this time, the water faucet in the water, the sewage outlet is also in the water, the flow of water and the flow of sewage is basically the same better. If you want to increase the net water quantity, the throttle switch of the pump engine can be increased (not to the maximum), the net water flow is increased, the discharge flow is also increased, at the same time should check whether the connection is leaking; if there is leakage, tighten the leakage thread.
The red round button next to the throttle switch is the shutdown button (15). Press and hold down the red button to shut down.
4. Replacement of the prefilter element
According to the different turbidity of raw water quality, the flow will gradually decrease after a period of filtration. The selection of high turbidity water source will shorten the service life of the pre-filter element (11). Therefore, the relatively clean water source with low turbidity should be selected as far as possible to extend the service life of the pre-filter element. If the net water flow becomes very small, less than 2 L/min, the pre-filter filter element must be replaced in time.
