Ultrafiltration is a kind of pressurized membrane separation technology, that is, under a certain pressure, the small molecule solute and solvent through a certain aperture of the special film, so that the macromolecular solute can not pass through, left on the side of the membrane, so that the macromolecular material is partially purified. The ultrafafiltration principle is also a principle of membrane separation process. The ultrafiltration uses a pressure active membrane to intercept colloids, particles and relatively high molecular weight substances in water under the action of external driving force (pressure), while the separation process of water and small solute particles passing through the membrane. The molecular mass of 3x10000- -1x10000 is trapped. When the treated water passes through the membrane surface at a certain flow rate with the help of external pressure, the water molecules and solutes with molecular weight less than 300-500 pass through the membrane, while the particles and macromolecules larger than the membrane pores are trapped due to the sieve action, so that the water is purified. That is to say, when the water passes through the ultrafiltration membrane, most of the colloidal silicon contained in the water can be removed, and a large amount of organic matter can be removed.
